I received my £30 invite bonus today going via MSE.0

Received my £30 today, qualifying transaction was 24/10. I referred my wife on the same date and both of us have received the £30 today from the refer a friend promotion. Just waiting on the other £220 from referring other friends now. Been a good offer this.0

Oh no
the referral offer is ongoing in zing until 3rd December, is there anyone you can refer? You both get 30! 0 -
Happy to say I've received £60 today - £30 each for the Money Saving Expert sign up reward and the one referral I made. Nice.2

I opened an account , followed all the terms and conditions, genuinely used account with multiple transactions, but apparently refused £30. Won’t tell me why. Just say we need more time, even though it’s well passed deadline. I think it’s a total scam.0

I signed up on the 31st October, added £10 to the account and spent £7.92 on Amazon. Today (29th November) I received my £30 reward! Transferred it already to my main bank account, no fees or charges.1

A complete farce. I applied for my account and physical card on 23rd October, I'm not tech savvy so wanted to use a card. This didn't arrive until 26th November. I used the qualifying spend on the day it arrived only to be told I had not met the deadline for the qualifying spend.
I have been penalised for the delivery delay which was no fault of mine. When I disputed I was told I could have used the digital app... why would i order a card and waste plastic if I was able to do this?
I know someone else who had a very similar issue and they were given the £30 as a goodwill gesture???
It took 2 days for them to get back to me with the same response.
Customer service at its absolute worst.

As many of us have reported receiving the £30 it's clearly not a total scam, although you have had a poor experience. Have you asked if your complaint can be escalated? If not perhaps do this and mention that you will take your concern to both ASA and the FCA.Financetech said:I opened an account , followed all the terms and conditions, genuinely used account with multiple transactions, but apparently refused £30.
