I didn't get anything like that. Did it come from 'info@account.zing.me', which is the sender's address for all the emails I've received from them?

It came from this address: (Removed by Forum Team)
I am concerned that this might be a scam

I'd be concerned too. I'm no expert, but it seems to be after an awful lot of intrusive and unnecessary information for a pre-paid travel card.
Zing's website says if you need help you can send an email to support@zing.me and someone from their ZingCare team will get back to you
Perhaps it would be worth forwarding the email you received to that addy and ask if it's genuine (unless someone with more technical expertise has any better ideas)?
  • Hi has anyone followed all the steps but NOT received confirmation that they will receive the £30 bonus? I signed up on 23rd immediately after seeing it on MSE via the link. Had activation code no problem plus joining email. Went out & topped it up prior to spending £10 in boots but still not had anything to say that the bonus is confirmed yet read above other people have?!? Not sure if I've done something wrong as always worry that links/cashback trackers won't work properly!
Still entering as many comps as poss & using as many coupons/freebies as poss all in a desperate bid to keep the head above water!!

Have received the below text from Royal Mail today. Not having ordered anything from Poland, I suspected some sort of scam, but from a thread on Reddit it appears it will be my physical Zing card:

We'll deliver your IDEMIA Poland Sp.z o.o. parcel today. View delivery options at https://ryml.me xxxxxxxx

** UPDATE ** Can confirm the card arrived this afternoon.

I'm finding it impossible to put £5 in! I bank with First Direct but my phone is so old it no longer supports FD's app.

If I phone FD, they want a sort code for Zing. I can't find one.

Go to your GBP wallet in the Zing app, click  on <MORE> then on <Wallet details>

The easiest method I've found is to top up by debit card, funds deposited this way can be transferred out or spent immediately.
