I can't get my account verified, I don't have a driving license, and I don't have a passport. I only have the biometric Yoti ID card recommended by the government, which they won't accept. 🤦♂️ Sucks being disabled.0

Finally it worked. In the process I had to call Lloyds fraud team and Chase fraud team to unblock my accounts... Now I spent £5 I am wondering is £5 enough or does it have to be at least £5.01 so it is more than £5 please? Would not like to miss out on £30 after all this hassle.0

I've referred my son, and today we both thought we were being scammed by links about parcels, but it was just our zing cards being delivered.1

TBH given they are literally giving away £30 it's no surprise that their verification team are struggling to keep up with new applications.1 -

I then did a refer from my Zing account to a friend and this occasion was not via mse and that way I should refer an additional £30 and my friend will once they have met the conditions etc.2
