My experience couldn't be more different. One of the quickest and easiest set-ups I've ever done. Even uploading the ID and selfie worked first time in poor light, when with other organisations I've often had to make several attempts and been frustrated almost to the point of giving up.

Applied on 27/09 and account opened and funded with £6 the same day. Made a £5.70 purchase on Ebay and sent an invite to a friend on the 28th. Emails received late yesterday 29/09 confirming that I have qualified for my invite bonus and the referral bonus, both of which should arrive within 30 days.

The exchange rates and fees are extremely competitive, especially with the introductory offer applying on transactions of up to £500 until December.

Have ordered and am looking forward to receiving the physical card. Unlike some other Travel Money card providers, Zing doesn't charge for either the card or delivery. Very impressed so far.

Nope, just a poor OAP trying to make every penny count like most on this Forum. And not alone in having managed to set the account up with no issues.

I've installed the App, verified my email address but the text message code to verify the mobile number is not being received. Tried with and without the first zero in the number as well.
After 2 or 3 attempts the app says "Unable to verify - Retry in 6 hours"
Been trying for a few days now, anyone else currently having problems?

I've now been approved to use Zing and manage to put £5 on it from my bank.

What exactly (be really specific!) do I need to do in order to load my Amazon account with this £5 as other people have done. 

I've asked for the physical card but it hasn't arrived yet.
