They have just posted a note on web page under my Sunday saver saying they were having trouble generating last weeks data and working to resolve it so obviously been getting a lot of feedback lol so looks like we should get what we worked for lol.fingers crossed🤞🏻🤞🏻

I’ve got the same message yet my Energy Hub has updated with yesterday’s usage suggesting there is no issue.

Interesting that it’s a widespread issue.

Here’s hoping it’s a genuine issue that will be fixed. I’ve sent them a message but no reply yet.

Another  highly suspicious ‘blip text’ for me too today having successfully and reliably had free electricity on the past four Sundays.
My reading is all looked on track all of last week then this remarkable coincidence occurs.
I monitor my usage daily with the Hugo app and that showed full reliable data .
There’s a lot of messages on Facebook too.
Hopefully EDF will sort themselves out if not my contract ends this month.

I got the blip message as well today. Looks like a major error on their part.

Aaaaaah, we went for it yesterday. Used the oven to batch cook loads of things for the freezer. Did a full week’s worth of washing and hoovered etc., using my 16 hours to the max. Then got the text today “my meter” is not transmitting!  How sneaky and suspicious- or is it a genuine breakdown on their part? I sent a meter reading at lunchtime and hope they have the nous to use Saturday’s figures to produce a reasonable estimate of our “free” power.

I have a 2 rate tariff so 7p off peak and 29p peak.  EDF were unable despite dozens of contact us attempts to tell me if I would get refunded at 29p per unit for this offer or only at the standard 25p ish rate, and there is no info on how the calcs are done when payment is made, simply random amounts added on random dates.

Edit: I also got the blip message this week although I have to cut down from 1.2% to 0.6%
    I think....

EDF seem to have sorted it now. So I've got my free 16 hours on 20th April. But it was never (as stated) a smart meter transmission issue, as EDF always had all the data. It must have been an IT issue in moving the data between their applications. An EDF explanation would be nice!
