Looks like Jan 5th is a Sunday Saver.
Challenge: Mon 23 Dec to Fri 27 Dec
Congratulations! You've earned 8 hours of free electricity for Sun, 5 Jan 2025 from 8am to 4pm. You shifted your peak-hour electricity usage from 25.6% to 19.6%. Your target was 15.4%.
But just to confuse on the GAS tab!!!!
We're hitting pause on Sunday Saver!
Exciting changes are coming to Sunday Saver and we're taking a short break this month to improve the challenge and reset your target.
Sunday Saver will return in February.

EDF are con merchants they really are. I got some 8 hours days but last 2 weeks I was on track for full 16 hours. I check my energy hub every day and had data every day. It was predicated I would get 16 hours free electric even on the Saturday as it was showing data Mon to Fri preceding week but you dont get the official result until the Monday. The last 2 Mondays though I had a sorry there has been a blip. I logged in to check and strangely one day of data (that was there before ) vanished so it meant none eligibility. Hmmm0

Now vey confused. Having been told they are suspending Sunday Saver till February I have just received a text advising I qualify for next Sunday. Only 4 hours this time.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Sunday Saver is returning in March. In the meantime, EDF are offering four hours of free electricity on Valentine's Day if you sign up for a reminder for March's challenge by 11:59pm on 13th February.

I’ve been eligible for the last four weeks. As of Friday I was on track to be eligible again for next Sunday. Then suddenly this morning I got a message there’s been a “blip in your smart meter’s communication” so I’m no longer eligible.
However, my account still shows my usage and costs for all of last week so this can’t be true. What is going on here? Seems like an excuse to take this away from customers who are repeatedly eligible for free electricity to me.0 -

Same with me. EDF are falsely blaming a Smart meter communication problem, even though the website shows all 336 Monday-Friday half hour readings for last week. Putting them in a spreadsheet shows a score of 11.07% of off peak use. Better luck "next time" is not an acceptable response to depriving me of 16 hours of Sunday electricity!
The phone rep said to keep an eye on my account and emails to see if my reward for 20th April gets applied.
Again, why is the onus on the customer to run/verify this scheme?0 -
Same here.absolutely nothing wrong with everything listed on my website so rather annoyed about so called blip.hope they sort it out out and genuine error on their part and they apply correctly.the other week had txt saying enjoy your free electric tmrw.this was sent on Thursday 🤔followed by text saying oops we meant Sunday 😂so hoping everyone got sent txt by error.im im in East Midlands where are you based0

Hi all, I also had the “blip” message today. I know I had beaten my target last week so emailed EDF to suggest they honour the free electric. Even as a goodwill gesture they should give us something back.0
