£30 cashback received today for paying £1,500 by DD about 3 weeks ago. It’s my second year with Zopa, second lot of cashback from them. 👍
Last year I got my first cashback on Christmas Day. Perhaps I will get another present this year.

Can’t believe they make their computers work on Christmas Day. 😂

Maybe they will try to get a transfer to one of the big boys (NatWest, Barclays) to get weekends and bank holidays off.
  • My £30 Christmas bonus has arrived this morning :)
  • Just to confirm. Zopa send you an email on the anniversary of opening your current account and confirm you’re eligible for the second DD bonus?

        Did me.
  • I had an email the other day to update on some changes to Zopa CA T&Cs they are enacting in Feb. There are some changes to the cashback T&Cs, which to me sounds like it might be something they could be thinking of tweaking a bit. Could be worthwhile getting your 2nd years cashback sooner rather than later...

    Cashback on bills
We’re removing information about cashback on Direct Debits from our bank account terms, but you can still find it in the Fees and Useful Information document in the Zopa app

Can't seem to find this document they reference yet...

They have form for not making their documentation entirely obvious, the Terms & Conditions for the Beta Current Account (that was running for the best part of a year before it became *shudder* Biscuit) were never to be found.

Mine too! Year 2, just for paying my CC through them. The money is in the account less than a day!

There is problem with latest app update for me, transactions aren't showing in the txn list but are reflected in balance, have to uninstall app and reinstall to update but then same problem again for subsequent txns. Have flagged with support but they are useless.

  • I noticed something similar, but got it to update in transactions by swiping down to refresh.
