In my case not any more. Did have a Cash ISA with them until recently, now it's sitting with a couple of quid in the Simple Saver and all the automatic saving thingummies turned off.fly-catchers said:
Do you use Moneybox for anything else? Is it a good idea to leave some money in the Moneybox account?ccluedo said:Moneybox £1500 withdrawal back in Zopa just after 1.30pm👌
Can't do any harm to leave it "warm".0 -
Slightly confused: I opened an Access savings pot on 20/10 to get the 4.75% bonus rate, and paid in more than £500. The "1" and "2" boxes of the bonus rate tracker are ticked. Do I still need to pay in £500+ before 20/11, or just to pay in £500+ between 20/11 and 20/12 (to keep the bonus 4.75% rate alive) ?0

I attempted to open a Moneybox account about 5 days ago (in order to get the £30 Zopa cashback), and got as far as selecting which MB account to open, only to get a message saying that MB will contact me to provide ID etc, so it can be fully operational. This was 5 days ago though, and I still haven't heard anything from MB.0

If you "sign up to the Challenge" (in Moneybox speak) on 20/10 then you get the Bonus Rate until 19/11. To unlock the rate from 20/11 to 19/12 you have deposited £500+ between 20/10 - 19/11. So next deposit needed from 20/11 onwards for period from 20/12.lon_don said:Slightly confused: I opened an Access savings pot on 20/10 to get the 4.75% bonus rate, and paid in more than £500. My Regular Saver takes £300, so I pay £500 into the CA, xfer the £300 then onwards with the £200 left.1 -
Its a good direct debit option to use for current account switch incentives.fly-catchers said:

Also useful for the monthly RBS and Natwest reward along with Plum and WealthifyZekko said:

So I've opened a MB simple saver, and now trying to instruct a direct debit to take £1500 from Zopa. However, it's telling me that the weekly direct debit is £400.
How do I do the £1500 in one swoop?0 -
You have to enter the amount you wish to add, why have you entered £400?
You've got an hour before the amount is "set" into the collection cycle (Wed, midday).
On the Simple Saver page, Upcoming collection should show your next collection amount, touch to enter a page that allows you to change the amount.
Have you linked your Zopa account with MB? Check in Settings, Your Personal Profile, Bank Accounts - should show Zopa CA as linked, touch to show detail, should say that account is linked by Direct Debit.

Apologies, I missed a keyword 'max'. I selected the custom option to choose £1500, but it's telling me the MAX amount I can move per week is £400.flaneurs_lobster said:You have to enter the amount you wish to add, why have you entered £400?

I have linked my Zopa with MB last week, yes. But it's still showing as pending.
Yesterday I attempted to set up £1 direct debit test, knowing that the cycle should start at midday today. But at 12:10 today, the £1 is still showing in my Zopa. I guess that the direct debit hasn't been taken because the linked account is still showing as 'pending'? Perhaps this is also the reason why it's only allowing me to set up a direct debit for only £400?
But it's odd that it's letting me set up a direct debit already, when the 2 accounts aren't yet fully linked.0 -
Looks like the only way to actually set up a £1500 direct debit is via the 'payday boost' option on MB?
At least that appears to be the only option available for me.0
