Zopa Current account

2% cashback on up to £1,500 by DD
I've been told by live chat that cashback is paid on the next monthly anniversary of opening the current account. I had been expecting it when my RS interest was paid (the current account is empty so I've never been paid interest on it), but this was paid not on the anniversary of opening the RS (opened same day as the current account) but on opening the savings pot.
Hope it may alievate some concerns.0

Zopa current account now out of Beta, as per email received today. There are no noticeable differences for existing customers, and it’s now open to new applicants w/o restrictions but with biscuits https://www.zopa.com/bank-accountBiscuit by Zopa – Free to Open Bank Account with Cashback4

Don't like the name or the new DC.
 Let's Be Careful Out There0

I went on live chat and asked them why I couldn’t open a 7.1% regular saver (as someone who was part of the beta trial).
They said that I “just can’t”
 Excellent service.2

Where did you see your referral offer? I've opened one in hopes I can refer my family members, but can't see anything so far. Maybe I'm not one of the lucky ones though.GreenScepter said:No zoom call email for me.
I do see a new referral scheme though on the app. £10 each, new customers to Zopa only (not just new current account holders but completely new, no previous Zopa products). Can refer upto 5 times. "Must apply for and open a Zopa account on or before 11 July 2025". No other requirements from what I can see, just open the account.
I've put £1 in and that was instant but no sign yet of the £1500 I've added for the direct debit.
By the way I opened a plum account for that, and will hopefully get a tenner from topcashback 👍0

What happened for me was a link appeared just above the list of transactions for the current account and just below the "add money" "move money" and "send money" buttons. It also showed on the "profile" page by tapping the profile icon at the top left which then shows settings. The link took me to the page outlying the Ts&Cs and the actual referral link to copy and send to others.goatfaced said:

I don't think I had any emails telling me I could refer others, I just happened to check the account and notice it. I don't think everyone was given a chance to refer others, it seemed to be limited to certain people. Whether it was random or there was some internal factors unknown to us, I don't know, probably just random.1
