Does anyone  know if Zopa  current account reports bounced Direct Debits  due to lack of funds?
I doubt it as the current account from Zopa isn't currently reported to any of the CRA's from what I can see when checking my reports, and I've had it for quite a while now.
Does OP mean reporting to CRA's (don't think bounced DDs would be reported anyways, an account going into overdraft because of DDs might) or does OP mean a notification to the account holder?
I believe  bounced DD can be reported by the bank. I the issue I had was I set up a DD for my HSBC credit card after statement, no info that it was active or would be used as no notification. Made manual payment a day before due, then HSBC tried to take payment. HSBC admitted fault and gave me a letter for my bank stating it was not my fault (they offered the letter) .

And did this DD bounce generate an entry on your CRA report?

Anyone else had a e-mail from Zopa offering £50 for a feedback Zoom call?

At Zopa, we’re always on the lookout for ways to improve our app. One of the best ways to do this is by speaking to our customers.

So, we’d love to invite you to a 60-minute Zoom call with 1–2 members of our team to hear more about your experience viewing your Insights, linked bank account balances and transactions in the Zopa app. Your feedback could help us improve our app and build new features for you. Plus, we’ll give you £50 for your time.

No zoom call email for me.

I do see a new referral scheme though on the app. £10 each, new customers to Zopa only (not just new current account holders but completely new, no previous Zopa products). Can refer upto 5 times. "Must apply for and open a Zopa account on or before 11 July 2025". No other requirements from what I can see, just open the account.

Strange. But I guess not a big surprise since Zopa has given different people different incentives.

Some screenshots here and here (no referral links show)

You have to select the current account to see it (IE, it's not on the Zopa main menu)

Edit: tried uploading screenshots with spoiler tag to avoid taking up too much space but didn't work, attached links instead

Nothing for me, looks like targeted offer, I wonder if it's down to the incentive you signed up with (I picked the 3% of £3000 of Direct Debits).

Could be. My direct debit bonus was 2% cashback on up to £1,500, I didn't get the offer for spending on the card via apple pay like some did.

As for this referral scheme, I referred someone to Zopa and we were both paid the reward instantly! Which was quite a nice surprise.

I've never been warned about upcoming direct debits and they have always processed okay. I assume when they refer to upcoming payments they mean standing orders you've set up.
