Night ladies I'm off to bed. Not feeling good, so hope it is not that dreaded bug.

I'm joining rach in the pub in pjs, actually, I have done that before :rotfl: but I just threw some clothes on over the top. Tomorrow!!!!! Bloomin' heck rach that's just made me realise how soon the wedding is, oh I hope you have a wonderful evening :D

Dusty, good night, fingers crossed it isn't the bug and you feel fabulous in the morning.

Oh and I am chuffing annoyed, something someone won at a charity auction we did (and hasn't paid for it yet) is on ebay, grrr, email time!!! Oh and some witch has given me neutral feedback, no genuine reason, Royal Mail failed to deliver it because they were not in, seriously tempted to throw them a negative for messing up my perfect feedback!!!!

Changing, I had a fab folding 20 year old changing table. Wasn't the prettiest of things but was great. 2 csections mean't bending and babies on knees was awkward. Mine were in terries, DS1 was in disposables when he was diddy, out of choice I used terries, I must have been mad :rotfl:I did sometimes use disposables when we were out and of course sent them to other people with them if they were staying elsewhere. Saying that if the dreaded happened again I'd use reusable nappies again, saved me a fortune.
One day I might be more organised...........

Crawling in to confess I've done no housework since returing to school on Thursday.....sorry! Have a rotten chest infection plus asthma so am hoping for the sympathy vote rather than banishment. Will try to do something today, honestly!

    Morning

Anyone that's poorly shouldn't be doing housework in my book anyway beemuzed, so don't worry about it, hope you feel better soon x

Have a great time tonight, Rach x

Don't worry ladies I've got his number ;) It's the same one he's been playing for 14 years actually, when I think about it, it's not the first time he's done this.

Woke up panicking this morning knowing I have to re-evaluate my life and where it's going and how I'm gonna manage, I'm not expecting to meet anybody else so have to plan for being totally on my own with the house/money & kids - scary! Even though I've pretty much done everything myself anyway it's just the thought of having to

Anyway, nuff of that. Might take littley to the pictures this evening to see Enchanted I fancy more time out of the house and I did say I would take her before she went back to school, so looking forward to that - must go to Asda or somewhere equally cheap to buy drinks and popcorn.

    list:
    make beds
    empty hw bottle
    WM x?
    TD x?
    S&S kitchen
    Pop to shops

    Laters x

Beemuzed - you need to take the weekend to rest - not trying to do things. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Embb - you've been doing it yourself for ages now anyway - just think that now you don't have to even think about whether something suits him or not - just do your own thing.

    Rach - have a wonderful hen do - 3 weeks - that'll fly by.

Just what I was thinking. Well put. Feel the power girl!

Sat here with Fat Bob on my lap contemplating where to begin today and if it involves getting dressed. I feel like being entirely selfish and not going to town to meet a friend and then not going to a house party with the bf but oh, the guilt of doing what I want to do and not what other people want me to do. I'm such a pushover sometimes.

Anyhow, laundry is a must today and several phone calls to catch up with friends I've neglected (again more guilt). The car needs a serious clean out too, it's full of pine needles from taking my tree to the tip. That'll do for starters.

Have a great evening Rach, I didn't realise your wedding was so soon but time's flown by!
Have a good morning all, I'll be back later today if I haven't buckled and gone out.

    Hello all!

Hugs to Tracy, Embb and woohoo Rach! How you feeling Dusty?

All has not been going to plan here. We're doing the best we can, but it still looks as if a tornado resides with us. I keep expecting to find it getting itself a coffee or using the loo...

We have, however done 7 loads of washing with at least four more to go.
We have (nearly) sorted out Freya's old clothes to go to a new home.
We have not made the place any worse...that counts in my book. We're still at the stage where we have to destroy in order to create, as in, for about 7 months, I've been shoving things willy-nilly into any cupboard that will accept it and now I have to pull it all out and re-house it. Boring, but also slightly satisfying...

To all who are ill/sad/tearing their hair out, I send hugs, good wishes and vibes. Take care all, I may not be chatting so much, but I'm reading and catching up. x

    Morning

Solway I know just where you are coming from on the doing stuff/going places to please others. I think there is a bit of that in us all.

maralum you two have been busy (so sorry to hear the news about DH losing his job :( ) Here it already looks like it has been destroyed !!!!! And that has been without trying lol

Last few days before they go back to school on Tues so TBH I am not going to worry too much until then. Have got my late pass out for tonight so kids are going to sleep at mum and dad's so apart from showers and getting dressed and nipping out to get some nibbles to take to our friend's tonight we shall just be pottering about and maybe doing a bit of tidying along the way.
