    Hex,

What a lovely garden! If I had one that big, I think I'd spend hours out there too! Looks like you grow a lot of your own veg.

Do you have hens for eggs?

Tia -giggling here too. My parents used to look at each other at a certain time in the evening, and say 'BTHHH', and fall about laughing. It was years before they told me it meant 'Bedtime, Hip Hip Hurrah'. I was rather hurt.;)

How old are your little ones? Buy OH a memory box, to keep some of his treasures in.

hex2 - I love your garden!! Mine is way too small, and that's why I have an allotment as well. I shall probably disappear as soon as the weather improves! I'm only a good Flylady in the winter.:D

    Must go cook dinner.

PS bedroom walls washed, except for the bit behind the wardrobe. Both the desk and the chest of drawers fell to bits when I moved them, and the wardrobe is likely to go the same way. I thought OH could do it. Then it won't be my fault.

Serena, that is a great idea! May even save our marriage, things did get very ugly last night. And I wish that was an exaggeration.

It had better be a large box then...

hmmm.... maybe I can clean out the wooden ottoman before he comes home... can be a sorry too....

DS is 6 and DS2 will be 3 in April.

Tia - you have just really cheered me up. Sounds like my kind of day!
Hex - your garden is fabulous, you're excused from flying for the rest of your life!

Well, I can now use the new oven because it's electric. Trying to shove a pizza in as DD goes out in an hour and wanted to do quick tea. Problem is that it's still smoking from the coating that they put on. I've done what they said and wiped it all down but it does say to expect some smoke. Is it a criminal offence to feed DD a raw pizza? She won't be home until 1030pm so I need to feed her now. Ho hum!

I've just had a nice piece of my mum's New Year cake (chocolate with chocolate butter icing), I would give DD a piece of that for her tea but it's too good for her! Raw pizza it is xx

    Ladies,

I want to say thank you for all your help and encouragement and motivation during the last almost three weeks whilst I've been on leave. I wouldn't have got through it all without knowing you're all looking over my shoulder encouraging me on.

My home has never been so 'up together' and I'm actually quite proud of it now. If anyone knocks on the door, I'll have no qualms inviting them in.

I'm back at work on Monday so will have a lot less time to post. However, if it's OK with you all, I plan to create my own weekly flylady list and post it up here everyday to help me keep my place spick and span.

Is that alright with you all?

So long as you're not leaving us Soappie! No-one is ever allowed to leave!!!!

Just found out why the cooker is smoking...the thermostat is hanging loose in the oven. So far we have a dent in the back, badly scratched enamel, no ignition button and a loose thermostat. Another email going off to Dixons xx
