I closed my last Co-op current account in May last year. I have never switched an account to Co-op bank, however I did benefit previously during the 'refer a friend' offer only as the 'recommender'.
Would I be eligible for this current 'switch and stay' offer do you think?

Can I ask those of you who have received the £75 what setting up your debit card in the digital wall means ? my incentive is late arriving and a message to them has seemed to indicate that I haven't. I ve set the card up on apple pay and been using it lots more than 10 times. If you want to be rich, never, ever have kids0

Thats all it is really. Go to Apple Wallet. Scan your card and add it and then you'll receive a text to say it has been added.1

I applied last week (inc switch details) and they sent me a link to submit my id. I haven’t done that yet - am I still eligible for the switch do you think?0

i have just received paperwork through. as far as i can tell, my account will be automatically upgraded to an Everyday Extra account.
i'm sure i specified the basic account, i do not want the insurance stuff and certainly am not wanting to pay £15 a month. Is this normal when setting up ?0 -

For some reason regardless if you apply for a Current Account or an Everyday Extra Account they first open a Current Account, then if applicable they manually change that to an Everyday Extra account a few days later.
This is something I've never had anywhere other than Co-op Bank, and it is a bit confusing whichever account you've applied for - if Current Account, why am I being told about another account (your case); if Everyday Extra, why have I got something else and when will this change (I had this earlier this month).0 -
I opened my account on the 20/11 and requested the switch at the same time. It has just occurred to me that I have had zero correspondence regarding the switch so far from either bank, is this the norm? Seems easier to ask on here as queues through to their CS team are 40 minutes plus!0
