Thanks for the reply. I've switched from Chase into an existing Co-op account so hopefully that will move things a little quicker.

I think I'm all good to receive my £75 Bonus.
Switch completed on the 12th carrying over 2 Direct Debits. Yesterday I added the card to my Apple wallet and today I did 10 transactions in Aldi plus moving over £1K and back.
Wasn't going to bother waiting out the 3 months for the other £75 but think I will as my options for swaps is really dwindling atm.
I do had my £1K today flag as fraud and had to call and get them to release it.

I found the Co-op app rather clunky. It's the only one that requires a passcode to open rather than Face ID. It uses Face ID for certain transactions but not as the basic login.
On the other hand, I completed the requirements on Monday and got my £75 on Wednesday, which feels pretty good.1 -
I don't have Face ID but I do use fingerprint to login to most apps, including the Co-op one. For me it is clunky in a different way. Sometimes the app starts and immediately asks for the fingerprint. Other times it shows me a generic login page and I have to press the fingerprint icon to be prompted for the fingerprint. If I don't press the fingerprint icon I can login with a passcode, which makes me wonder what the point of the fingerprint is because if someone has my passcode they can just start the app over and over until they get the option to bypass the fingerprint.danco said:I found the Co-op app rather clunky. So the account is protected by biometrics except when it isn't.0 -

Do they notify you straight away that you hit the requirement or you just knew you had hit it?0 -

@Emily_Joy ... indeed it is a condition to add the card to a digital wallet, by whatever method. When you do it you will need to enter a pin sent to the account's registered e-mail or phone and then you will get a 'congratulations' e-mail or text from Co-op Bank.orange-juice said:
If you have a Google account, you should be able to add a card via https://wallet.google.com/. I would have thought that that would satisfy that particular condition, but I can’t guarantee it.Emily_Joy said:Do I get it right that in order to benefit from this offer you need a smartphone, that supports Google Pay/Apple Pay/Samsung Pay?
Customer Service have advised me that we do not need to use Google Pay or any digital payment to receive the incentive.I added my card via the above link, but I didn't receive any pin / verification code from the co-op. I can see my card showing on the google wallet website, as per the sreenshot below, but it appears the condition is not being met... as I met other requirements on Monday and haven't received my 75GBP yet.[Image removed by Forum Team]0 -
Have you made 10 payments using that card?Emily_Joy said:dealyboy said:

Has anyone who received a Refer a Friend bonus in November 2022 managed to qualify for the current £75 switch offer?0
