Yes, assuming that I can keep paying my gas company 10 payments of £1 a month and don't need to make the phone call it won't be too bad. It's certainly a better hourly rate than I'm on at work, and it's the only bank switch left for me. It's just nowhere near as easy as the others and I slept badly so I'm mardy.

I've had my 75 and am feeling less grumpy. It was easy to transfer it out this time too.

My account was accepted yesterday - I’ve signed into the online banking using all my old details as I used to be customer years ago but the accounts not showing. How long does it take for the account to show?

Just a reminder it’s the last day to switch today to be eligible for the switching offer

So last month they emailed me on the 8th December to tell me that I hadn't qualified for my £75 incentive for the month following my switch on 5th November which they eventually agreed was an error so they paid it with compensation.

Now it's the 10th January and I have heard nothing from them either way about the first £25 incentive for which I have done the required transactions. I'll give them a  few more days because of the bank holidays but I have a horrible feeling that because of the error thinking I didn't qualify for the £75 they are not even going to bother to think about if I qualify for the £25 each month.

They never sent me an email reminding me what I had to do to earn the £25 in the next month period in the same way they reminded me what to do to earn the £75 at the start of that month period. I fear I may have dropped off their radar as a switched customer still trying to earn the incentives.

The £25 payment came through today. I have already done the £1000 for the next month but wondering about the criteria - "must meet the following criteria between 11/01/2025 and 10/02/2025" does my £1000 deposit today ON the 11th count as BETWEEN 11th and 10th?

Yes ... sounds like it ... you've gone outside the procedure. I'm pleased you got the £75 + ... hope you get £25 +

Just activated my card, and checked where things were on the switch as I haven't heard anything for a couple of weeks. They took all the account details again, so I do wonder if they didn't trigger it, but nice chap on the phone confirmed that I'm eligible and it should all start moving.

Regular saver has been set up and I've linked my debit card to my Google wallet. Now I just need to plan my 10 purchases....

Did you get the £25 at the end of the first month? Or as soon as you’d done all the criteria?
