Dcb legal wish to proceed, sent me there N180 DQ, no intention to reply or discuss with them but do I need to contact the cnbc for a mediation call with them? Iv not received anything myself yet from cnbc. Thanks0

Nope, just check your inbox and spam folder and letterbox regularly, plus check your MCOL claim history weekly too, keep following the 8 steps in the defence template thread2

And stick around in August to take part in the Government's Public Consultation. We have an important thread about that and we need ALL Defendants to respond to the questions to shape the regulation of this rogue industry,Please come back in a couple of weeks.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi All, recieved the N180 DQ in the post today.
Following the 8 steps
I have filled it in with pen and used Coupon-Mad answer to question D1 stating why not content to have hearing heard on papers.
I have taken photo of each page and uploaded to an email as attachments couldnt see a way to do it online anywhere and sent full email to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk
and Cc in the Claimant legal email.
If I done any steps wrong or missed something please let me know.
Thanks

It may be rejected if its too large, or if its the wrong format ( it should really be an e signed pdf )
I would have downloaded the N180 DQ document pdf from the gov website, filled it in and emailed it to the DQ email address
Keep checking your inbox and spam folders for any rejection, plus keep checking your MCOL claim history to ensure that it is logged by the CNBC
If its not logged by the end of August, fill in the pdf and email it again2 -

The letter is dated 8th August, only got it today 15th August the deadline is 25th August
Should I find a way to do it on pdf online n resend you think?0 -
I would, you DOWNLOAD it first, not fill it in online, open it in adobe or similar, edit it, add an e signature by signing a white piece of paper in black ink, take a picture and attach it to the signature section, as well as typing your name too, save the resulting completed document as a pdf, with new name so it doesn't overwrite the downloaded document, then attach the completed pdf to a new email to both parties
It is a tried and tested solution2 -

Really important the government hears from you. We need DRFees banned completely and a proper single appeals service:
