I am sat in my parents garden in the lovely sunshine . The garden was my mum’s domain and it will miss her green fingers . I am hoping Dad will continue to care for it with help as he loves being outdoors .
The wheels of dealing with everything that a death brings with it have been put in motion . However now you need a medical examiner to certify death and it has been a bank holiday and there is a doctors strike things are held up .
We have been to sort out mums funeral which is a direct cremation as mum wanted . Very easy to arrange and the crematorium they use is one that is very nice not the conveyor belt local one .We have had to pay upfront as it seems people arrange funerals and then don’t pay 🤷🏻♀️.
In Aldi today we picked up our free carrots and potatoes the excess Easterstock .

What a lovely thing to do in honour of your mum ❤️ I’m glad you’ve been signed off, the stress must’ve taken its toll.

Matilda last night was really good , we all enjoyed it. The prices in the theatre £4.20 for a bottle of orange Fanta luckily we took our own water.
I keep waking up with a headache every morning, am sure it's just tension but it's taking me ages to get going to get going.
I am off to the big shopping centre this morning to return some items to M@S and meet a friend for a coffee. Then on to see Dad and probably do some housework for him.
My bank accounts all need looking at , my car had its MOT Tuesday and a service so need to transfer that money from the car pot. I need a new front tyre which I will get over the weekend. I think I am going to have a massive underspend on groceries this month which I may use for a stock up shop .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.5 -
How’s your dad coping, he must be devastated after being with your mum for so many years, bless him.
