Survived works Christmas do just. Had a laugh much needed , then I left them to it . I was the oldest person there. This morning have been to breakfast with walking group. Later am off to DS with ExH to a family get together . Looking forward to tomorrow today for some quiet . I will be all peopled out by then. DD and family are at a theme park today and then they see Santa later , luckily it's close by as the motorways look busy. The big shopping centre will be rammed this weekend , glad I am nowhere near it.

Sometimes I miss the works Christmas do but another part of me doesn’t. My team are in Scotland, I’m a one man band in my location so a Christmas do is a thing of the past.

Have spent sometime clearing my CC bill this afternoon it took a while as money was in different pots , anyway all Christmas is paid for so no surprises in January. Yesterday I met more of my DIL to be family , they seem very nice.
I have had a nightmare with my emails today but having thought I had lost some important ones they have slowly reappeared.
I am working this week mon and Tuesday as normal and I volunteered to cover between Christmas and New Year as well. I am off on another winter break in 6 weeks so it's saving me holidays . I have still got a few things planned in the intervening days as well.
Off now to find something on Netflix to watch.

I’m covering between Christmas and New Year too but off all next week. I couldn’t justify using up another 4 days leave, my employer only closes bank holidays.

Popping on here to wish everyone a Happy Christmas, however and whomever you spend it with. I only have a small family but luckily they are all close by so I will see them all tomorrow and Boxing Day. I'm sure my DGC will have a massive amount of presents as they have a large family on their dad's side.
We are going to an early church service later , followed by a buffet at exH .
    Merry Christmas 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲.
