Another breezy but sunny day cooler in the evenings though.Went on the bus into the hills to a lovely village walked around the place . Got talking to some nice people from Yorkshire . Finished a good book by Lisa Gardiner Love you More . Started another more light hearted one .
Had salad for lunch from the supermarket.
    No more spending tonight .

Today finds me in a lovely little village an hours walk from where I am staying . The local cafe serves good coffee . I have to walk through the valley to avoid this bridge it gives me vertigo 😂.

Sorry to hear of the potential bad news for a family member, I hope it's not as bad as feared or at least easily treated.

We used to go to the Costa del Sol quite a bit in February and always had pretty decent weather, quite warm if you got a sheltered spot in the sun but like you say very cool at night. It used to be a nice mid-winter break away from the cold and rain. We used to mainly stay in/near Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Last day today fly home tomorrow morning . This holiday came just at the right time , today has been glorious just nice temp 20c . Busy as soon as I get home home. Friday school , Saturday walking group. Family member has CT scan tomorrow.
@SunAddict I would rather have winter sun than summer hot sun .
Depending on what happens in the next few months I think I would like to go more towards Marbella next winter , more or less done Nerja now .

Been home a week from a lovely break. Sadly family member has been given a terminal diagnosis so just trying to navigate all that brings. Took the DGD out on Wednesday, there is something about children that lightens the situation. Eldest DGS is 12 next week that has gone so fast, he is a lovely lad . DGD has requested a sleepover tomorrow night another welcome diversion.Trip to the hairdresser later , I am doing some housework as I am away from home a lot now .
Money is going well , I was a planning a trip to Australia later this year but this is on hold now so the money for that has been put in a savings account again.
Best get on with the hoovering , have a good weekend everyone.
