    depends on the company. In my case I was promoted as I was needed to assist others. So I guess knowing your job inside out and being willing to help others

    Ah, but aren't these "bombs" as opposed to "missiles"?

    I'm not up on such things, but isn't a missile what you fire at a particular point whereas bombs are generally dropped?

    Same difference. Either way I want one to be aimed at Leeds. Specifically a students house.
