NSD here. Bought raffle tickets at the Chapel ‘do’ this evening (Mr KK won a red Osprey purse which I have immediately started using as my old one is grubby and too deep) but they came out of my pocket money 😊

- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £26,656 end date brought closer by 2 months
- OPs to mortgage = £7,173, Interest saved £2,658 to date
- LTV 51% @ccord, 51% Yopa
