Both 14 and 15 Jan still a blank, n3rgy has no consumer sign up option.Sorry, Consumer sign up is closed. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer our free service to consumers to collect and download their meter data (it’s a regulatory thing). However, we’re working hard to provide a new equivalent service just as soon as we have this agreed with the regulator! If you have any questions, please email contact@n3rgy.com
Sorry, Consumer sign up is closed

Where did you find that text? I'm still able to get access to n3rgy as a Loop customer (free account) (as Loop is one of their Business Customers). Hugo is another Business Customer of n3rgy.There is no sign-up, you login using MPAN and IHD MAC.0 -

The trick now is to register with another free energy monitoring service called Hugo.(Or possibly Loop based on @masonic post)
Once you have done this, it is then possible to login to n3rgy as before using your MPAN & IHD MAC.After logging in you see this info :

Also 14, 15, 16 Jan all no graphs on my watts, looks like its broken for me. 14 Jan worked early morning on the 15th but then vanished, and no updates since.
The login link says auth failed. See the message I quoted.
Bright replied, they said the gaps is a caching issue on the app and I merely have to scroll down to force a refresh, and works to fill in the gaps. I have confirmed this is working, I will register on Hugo as lohr500 hinted for a second source.
Hugo looks like its paid plans only. They also sneakily ask for details before the plan page.0 -
Perhaps Hugo have changed their plans since I enrolled a few months ago.
I'm not paying anything for the basic Hugo service and only enrolled as a means to gain access to the n3rgy website.0 -
My experience to date: went live on Tomato on Monday 13th and have complete half hourly data on myWatts. I'm using Bright on iOS and the kWh usage match, except Bright is only to 2 decimal places vs 3 for myWatts; and Bright lags myWatts by 2 half hourly slots.I've submitted the meter reading I look at 00:05 on the 13th.

TE its clear its a very inconsistent experience which makes what they telling customers hard to believe.
There is a bunch of customers where mywatts is working perfect, there is some where it was working up until the weekend and then it stopped, there is some who after months have nothing on mywatts, and there is some like my where it partially worked. I am only referring to people with SMETS2 as we know they cant handle SMETS1.
Someone posted elsewhere TE have admitted there is issues and have all data internally. But this is odd, as clearly for some people its all working fine.
Also regarding 3rd party services, it seems unfortunate that there is recent shutdown of free sign ups to services, is bright the only one thats actually available and free now then? I have no interest in loop if its just a free trial only, but will check it tomorrow, hugo refused to delete my details. Luckily bright seems ok now I know about the manual refresh trick.

Loop is still free. The app is geared around pushing their solar installations, but you don't need to use it beyond the initial sign up. It's mainly a means to getting access via n3rgy.https://www.loophome.app/signup/

Thank you masonic, I will sign up so it gives me access to n3rgy.
I have another update, rang TE this morning, answered within a few seconds, and spoke to a nice lady who understood everything I was saying, she told me to email in some information, and they did respond to the email quickly, and have raised it with the mywatts team. The email box apparently does get read under normal circumstances but not responded to, but after the call they said would watch for my email and looks like they did so.3
