Tomato Energy (Electric Only Supplier) - Too Good To Be True ?

Thinking about it, the supplier sends requests to the comms hub. The DCC has to send and request other stuff and other authorised third parties can request data too (like Bright or Loop). So what would prevent one supplier from asking for the gas usage data and another asking for the electricity usage data?0

Any charges older than 12 months cannot then be billed to me.

While it lasts, the unit rates and daily charge are very low.
I can keep money in my savings account until they decide to bill me.
And if they don't then I won't be chasing them any more.
If they go under - which is likely - I will get transferred to another supplier.
