I just got a quote on their website and they are associating my MPAN number with my neighbour's postal address. (The address on the national electricity supply database is ambiguous, I guess someone tried to fix that and guessed wrong)0

Tomato managed to register them together which is wrong and they are struggling to separate them.
The usage data they are reporting is all wrong too - their data does not match the times people are in/out of the units.

I am going to bump this thread by asking 'Has anyone who actually to switched received a monthly bill and can they advise whether it was accurate?'I rather like the 'tariff for EV owners' but want to know whether folk are actually getting billed correctly before switching? Please advise?1

There have been some on the FB group stating they have received a bill. None of these have yet said if they are accurate.

After reading that, someone said they requested a bill and it was accurate. Nobody received a bill when they were supposed to.. and nobody has been charged either 😅1

Still waiting for my first bill (moved 2nd Sep) with a standard meter. Also still waiting for my final bill from Octopus.

Failure to do so triggers a statutory compensation payment of £30 payable within 10 working days. Failure to meet that target, triggers a second payment.

I've switched recently from Agile and it went surprisingly smooth.
Data in myWatts appears with 1-5h delay.
Octopus IHD works (shows usage)
The only issue is that my usage is reported half an hour earlier, then I also read they bill hourly and somehow this half an hour shift falls into 23p area so safer to assume 5p ends at 5:30.
