Oh and they were to satisfy ofgem by 4pm today about the provisional order.

I am the one who started this thread last August.

Switched 2 account to Tomato on September 1st and I've never had a bill, they have messed up the meter addresses. MyWatts worked for 6 weeks then nothing.

No end of emails and promises leads to nowhere.

At least the twice monthly meter reads show up - but that's because I'm in control of those not Tomato.

A complete shambles of a Company.

Perhaps more that exactly the same financial situation can be dealt with in a variety of different ways for accounting purposes, according to the wishes of the directors and the skill/audacity of the accountants. Resulting in a variety of apparently different sets of accounts, all displaying the same figures but in different ways. All the right figures, but not necessarily in the right order.
