Are you guys saying 5p is now midnight to 5am instead of 1am to 6pm, surely its best to stick to the contracted times for usage?0

This is from the 25th which looks like it matches the times on the chart.

For some reason busybee100 thought that the tariff was based on GMT all year round, but this is not the case, as shown by the data from the 25th vs 30th. The consumption charts and data download are still shown in GMT, which is causing confusion. In summary:
- The times on the TOU chart are based on UK time (like other TOU tariffs - Octopus Agile, Go, Cosy etc, but not like most E7 tariffs)
- When the UK is on GMT, the times are based on GMT (i.e. off peak is 01:00-06:00 GMT)
- When the UK is on BST, the times are based on BST (i.e. off peak is 01:00-06:00 BST, which is the same as 00:00-05:00 GMT)
- When looking at the consumption data, you currently need to add an hour to the time for settlement times on or after 30/03/25 01:00 to convert to UK time
- You will lose 1 hour of off-peak on the day we move from GMT to BST (since UK time goes from 00:59:59 GMT to 02:00:00 BST, there is no one o'clock)
- You will gain 1 hour of off-peak on the day we move from BST to GMT (since UK time goes from 01:59:59 BST to 01:00:00 GMT, there are two one o'clocks)
- If you regularly tune in to watch the News at Ten and now do so at 22:00 GMT, then you'll have missed it as it is now broadcast at 22:00 BST; if you turn on your heavy-load appliances at 05:00 GMT for an hour you'll have missed the off-peak slots, as the last hour is now at 05:00-06:00 BST.

Anyone had their usage gaps fixed? From 23rd my usage was missing roughly half of the data, this has now improved to about 5 gaps per day.. in the past I had a bill issued with few gaps there are still there, wonder what will happen this month.
Also, as I can finally see the up-to date data, MyWatts seem shifted by 1h, so my 5-6am usage appears as 4-5am, eh, back to "will the bill me correctly" dilemma again0 -
Very similar for me but they’re working on it as I’m up to date to the 23rd and most are now filled in. Comparing with my IHD and Bright the gaps totalling 17kwh are still missing.0

Same situation as others here regarding the gaps. If they go ahead and bill regardless as they did last month then I will have quite a bit of free energy.Elexon will no doubt be thrilled about the settlement consequences.0

How do i change the Bright app time difference, as i write this at 12.20pm Bright says current unit rate is £0.140427p which should finish at 11.30am daily, but then in the tariff page it states the correct amount of 09.30-11.30 = £0.140427, which one is correct?0
