    I’m kind of in one at the moment. My smet2 smart meter is frozen on the same reading for about a week and a half. Rang TE about not being able to connect to the meter and it not sending readings and they said they don’t come out. The first suggested was to wait until it sorts it self out. Their next suggestion was to contact whoever installed the meter in the first place…that would be Eon in 2019, hardly think its their responsibility.

    Very strange indeed. Octopus would appear to also believe the switch had gone through if they stopped billing you. It seems like the switch is getting stuck in the final stages. So it looks like not getting data appearing in MyWatts is a big red flag that the switch may not have happened.
    Whether getting Octopus to resume billing is a good idea or not I cannot say. This may prevent the flow eventually being completed for the original SSD.

    I find this interesting as well given what happened to me. MARI appeared on day 1, Octopus mini died day 1, but it took several days for my watts to start showing anything if I am remembering correctly.  My most recent populated day is Fri the 21st March, so the weekend thing is back for me.  Guessing late tomorrow Sat, Sun will both appear.

    Their suggestion to contact whoever installed the meter is laughable. 
    It seems TE are great when everything is working how it should do, but bad when it comes to sorting out any issues customers have.

    Weekend problems are also back for me. This weekend I just had lots of gaps, which has continued today. Saturday's data has now been backfilled.

    Similar for me. Saturday has only been partially backfilled. Bright ap is showing everything though.

    Yeah I just had a look, blank today (which is normal for me on TE and was on Octopus also until I got the mini), , Sat and Sun now populated but with gaps, so yeah needs a back fill.
