It does seem to confirm that the failed switches were all down to Tomatob so they are liable for a lot of £80 compensation payments.Good job they are so expensive and making plenty to cover those unexpected costs...1

My contract began 5th Feb and today 27th March my 1st bill arrived for 5th-28th Feb and is an exact mirror of Bright usage and cost, so spot on which means things are looking up for me at least.
Still have missing info from 21st March onwards!

Still have missing info from 21st March onwards! Not just you, my switch was on 7th Feb, mywatts was showing my data a few hours after the switch with no missing data, and my first bill was spot on, and my watts app still works perfectly, so i suspect the majority of TE switches went fine, just a small minority had issues from having so many people acorss the country trying to jump at once onto what is the cheapest UK wide SC lekky tariff, so i think TE are going to weather these few issues and come out as one of the best lekky providers across the whole UK.So go TE.

My last full day was the 21st too, and they haven't managed any back fill. My Watts was updating at 6am for the first weeks. That's changed to some time in the evening since the 22nd. I can't tell the exact time because of missing data.calleyw said:Thought it was just me. last full day 21st and I joined on the 15th Feb and still no bill either!!!1
