It does seem to confirm that the failed switches were all down to Tomatob so they are liable for a lot of £80 compensation payments.Good job they are so expensive and making plenty to cover those unexpected costs...1

My contract began 5th Feb and today 27th March my 1st bill arrived for 5th-28th Feb and is an exact mirror of Bright usage and cost, so spot on which means things are looking up for me at least.
Still have missing info from 21st March onwards!

Still have missing info from 21st March onwards! Not just you, my switch was on 7th Feb, mywatts was showing my data a few hours after the switch with no missing data, and my first bill was spot on, and my watts app still works perfectly, so i suspect the majority of TE switches went fine, just a small minority had issues from having so many people acorss the country trying to jump at once onto what is the cheapest UK wide SC lekky tariff, so i think TE are going to weather these few issues and come out as one of the best lekky providers across the whole UK.So go TE.1 -
