I was just wondering what people would class as their best win/s from the past year??? I know that quite a few people have had some excellent wins in 2007. Hoping that we all get some more excellent wins in 2008!:D

In monetary terms it would be the £500 cash and also the £500 diamond necklace from Goldsmiths, and the £250 pony

But the best win to me is the signed Terry Pratchett book I won, as I've been a fan of his for ages and read most of his books

I never really got any big wins, though I did win a couple of months worth of nappies which I gave to my sister who had just had a baby. Also won a picnic at ascot cooler on wheels, looks great and is worth round £100

I've had mostly small wins (started comping back in June, I think) but my last win of 2007 was also my best: £1500 for my son's school :)
Best win ever: Trip to the Galapagos Islands in 2010
  • Again Mostly small wins
Best is weber GAS BBQ worth £250
4 first class train tickets £240 (took the kids to london for there Birthdays in october they Had Fab time in Hamleys choosing there pressies)

Again Best For the Kids is the family panto tickets £80.00 we are going on Saturday they are so looking forward to it first ever Panto .

For me its not necessarily the value but what the we & the kids get out of it, things we probably would not have done otherwise.

But it would be nice to win a weekend away or spa break.

    Here's hoping in 2008

Some family theme park tickets would be great kids are 5 & 3 mind you.

My biggest win was the Wii room which was brilliant I also won a fortnum and mason hamper £200 which I was really pleased about as it's the first hamper I've ever won but I think as far as pleasure goes my best win was the steam train trip for all my grandchildren where they saw santa got a pressie and watched a magic show they absolutely loved it and had such a good time.:)

Money-wise it has to be the £200 from Puzzler - we put it towards a holiday in the end, but it really helped us out at a tight time budget-wise.

The one I really enjoyed the most though, has to be the chocolate factory tour. We got a fab hands-on experience of making chocolates, drinking champange, even got to take the ones we made home, as well as getting loads of freebies from them and wound up buying some of their chocs for Christmas presents. We'll definitely be shopping with them in the future!

    Total to date - £309.15
March wins - Leaves of Grass DVD
