I have received the N180 and managed to fill it in, on the last page of the form there is a section where it says to return the form to the Court at the address show on the form N149A, i have not received that form.

Irrelevant,  follow the 12 steps in the defence template thread,  assuming that you are at the DQ stage  ?  Email it

Got it!  N180 form completed and emailed to the advised email address in the 12 steps, got an automated response from CNBC.

So i have completed the N180 DQ which i thought its the only one i have to complete, after a few days i received what i can now tell its the right N180 DQ, the second one i received has more sections such as E1-4 and F1-6, G1-3 any advice on how to fill the rest of the sections ?

Filled in the N180 online version, due to Q D1 having limited space i don't believe all 3 points on @Friendly87's post have been entered, just going to email it like this and see what happens, i suppose i don't have to also post it if its sent by email.

That one you showed us looks like the claimant's copy already filled in. Have you received your own blank copy from CNBC? What does it show on your status page on MCOL? When it shows DQ sent to defendant, you can download one and complete it in line with the guidance suggested by @Coupon-mad.
