No,  its definitely the claim responses one for submitting a defence, so read the small print in each section

You posted a picture of the response earlier, including the email address

That section also includes MCOL response queries , in white, on black
  • this is all there is on both threads about any email addresses

    Untrue

The picture with the email addresses and information for each email address is in the very first post inside the defence template thread in the newbies sticky thread and has been there for many months

Its a mixture of black, white and blue

Back in august you were advised to use the template defence by coupon mad herself, where she mentioned the 2 templates, linked via the newbies sticky thread

Where did you find that? It is old and out of date.

This afternoon @Le_Kirk wrote on your thread...

All new email addresses are shown in the template defence thread.

  • Coupon-mad,

OK so read the middle bit of the thread by @Pat_Burger (who got £250 compo for this) and copy what they did EXCEPT THE CNBC EMAIL ADDRESSES HAVE CHANGED.  Don't use the one mentioned.

Complain and prove you sent the defence by attaching that auto reply.

Im trying to find out which email it is for the complaint to be sent, i've read the Pat_burger's threads, i'm not sure where to send it.

Send it to the screenshot address you posted on the previous page, the same address that you emailed the defence to

Its also the same address that has explanations in the picture in the first post in the template defence thread , including claim queries . You dont appear to be studying the first two posts in that template defence thread, even though its at the top of the forum, and several people have pointed you towards it , the picture is above the 12 steps that you should be following

No. Those screenshots are out of date.  I've no idea where the OP found them. None of our threads have that screenshot.

In Pat Burger's thread there is an email that he/she complained to and I merely said don't use that one because it is in the old CCBC format.

You only have to find "how to complain about the CNBC". Surely it is Googleable? I haven't looked but this can't be hidden info?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
