Good morning,
To anyone who can help with this matter, i would please like some advice on how to proceed forward.
I wasn’t the driver at the time the PCN was issued, it was my father, as most people do in these situations i have ignored the letters(i know, dumb move😬), now it has come to this point and would like to know if it is possible to contact them and tell them that my father was the driver and pass on his details or is it too late at this stage.
How much time do i have if i have received the form on the 13/09/24.

I'm not an expert here all I can offer is my experience.
and would it not be easier to negotiate a price on the PCN
then once it's all sorted ask your father to pay you back
I disputed a PCN by parking eye cos I was 10 mins over the time limit, this was 7 years ago
I tried all the regular defences, then I got the same form as you.
I eventually agreed for a moderator for sn hour slot with parking eye via a 3 way phone call.
I eventually got the PCN down to £80 from £140, it was £60 to start with , but after a year long argument it was totalling £140 cos of their late charges.
I paid £80 and that was the whole thing closed forever.Christians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )

Too late to name the driver once a court claim has been issued against a keeper, the keeper is the defendant, the person named on the claim form who is being sued
That received date is incorrect, but irrelevant
What is the ISSUE DATE on the claim form ( the form that came from the CNBC in Northampton. ). ?1 -
Any idea if i can wave off the court fees if i call them? The issue date is 13/09/240
-
That issue date is a month in the future, so still incorrect
Now that a court claim is started, no chance, but mediation is now mandatory so expect mediation in a couple of months time1 -
On the claim form it says “you have a limit time to reply to this claim form”, it doesn't specify exactly how long, so you think i have a few months or we talking about maybe a few weeks, i’ll give them a call and try to only pay the 350£ claimed without the court fees, see if they accept that.

Its a maximum of 33 days from the issue date, if YOU follow the correct court procedures, but because you still have not posted the correct issue date on here, its impossible to advise you. ( Too many questions, not enough true information so far., you are asking questions but not answering them )
You should definitely not call them , leave mediation to the mandatory mediation stage in a couple of months time1 -
That's twice now you have told us your Claim was issued in September. We are still only in August.
What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?
Who is the Claimant?

My apologies i mistyped the month🙆♂️,the issue date its 13/08/24.

That is what I assumed, hence me querying it twice over
Those 2 charges on the breakdown of costs are allowed, its the 2 debt collectors fees added to each of the 2 PCNs that are objected to, plus the incorrect interest calculations too
