Referring to a "car lift" is confusing. Is it an elevator that a car can go in? The image you showed us looks like a loading bay. If so, you should make it clear that you were unloading shopping in the loading bay but the elevator was unserviceable and you had to use the stairs... or something similar that makes grammatical sense.2

Just a quick update, after submitting my defence form to CNBC, got an auto reply email saying that i should expect a response to my enquiry in 10 days. I haven't received any emails from them, submitted my defence on the 11/09/24.
This morning i got this letter

Yes, Defiantly complain, make sure you send them across your auto response. It will take a few days but they did turn it around2
