Looking forward to recieving my speakers on the 29th as stated on my invoice (only 2 months after my order). I have every faith that it will arrive. ::)

They appologised for a stock shortage and said they would send it out as soon as it came in....    One day in the summer I will be sitting in the garden and I will probably miss the deliveryman as I didn't hear the doorbell

Got a huge box delivered today. Yippee I thought. Wrong. No speakers and only half the order arrived ???

Phoned Customer Services ......... a mere half hour delay before they answered...... was told they would send rest of order together with,
now wake up people, a free gift.

Not the speakers though. Think they said a CD player but I kinda lost the will to live by that time.

Will keep you posted.

Have just come off the fone to staples...They tell me that they have substituted the free surround syetem with a cd player.I got the impression that they are only doing this because I rang them. If you dont ring you dont get.

ps they answered on the first ring, I nearly fell off my chair
