WHOOPEE! I've received my FREE GIFT!

At last, i received the free DIGITAL CAMERA this morning. It's the alternative to the surround sound system that they now have no intention of honouring!

It's a 300k(??) pixels key ring camera (60mm x 40mm), but it did come with software and usb cable!

Some you win....some you don't!

Regardless of the free gift though I will CLOSE my account due to the unacceptable service I (and many others!) have received.

STAPLES........YOU LOSE!!!

I rang them this morning took 30 minutes to answer gavethem a right roasting and told them to collect the pencils I had ordered, and they said it would cost too much just keep the pencils with their compliments RESULT

DAMN --wish I'd ordered a printer now!!

Amazing that people are still moaning about not getting their sound systems. This offer was always going to be unpredictable, it's definitely one for the trash bin.

Anyone not happy with their delivered item can simply apply for a refund.

NAaaaa it's not worth a £3 refund, it's far more fun having a 'chip in the game'.  I don't think they can ignore us.  There must be something on their computer that says, at some point they owe me a sound system.  They are a major company and won't be able to ignore it for ever.  In the mean time we send the odd e-mail and phone call and just pester them... you'll see it will work out.  The again we may get snow for christmas

Those cameras are worthless you can buy them at lots of cheap discount stores for £7 and are barely worth 7p

I got my pen and welcome pack.
However, they say the free gift is with my second order so what an expensive pen!
However, as a true MSE subscriber, I won't let it rest there. Is it best to phone or email?
It took them over a month to send a pen but now offer next day delivery! Believe that amongst the other hackneyed phrases, ie the cheque's in the post plus ruder ones!

write them a letter, but it will cost a second class stamp. I had a call back from my letter.
