I havent received my order from Staples yet but I have found out today that they have taken the £4 odd from my bank account on the 17 November so I think I may have to try giving them a call to see what is going on with my order.0

Don't bother calling - it is a complete waste of time. I rang this morning and after 18 minutes, finally got through to someone. When I told her why I was calling, she told me she was sales and asked what number I had rung. I told her I had rung the Customer Services Number. She hung up! I tried again, and again was routed to Sales. They said there was nothing they could do, and I would have to keep trying and hopefully not get routed to Sales again.
BTW, my credit card was also charged, and all I received was the welcome pack - not even the pen!

Same thing here, what number do I need to call to sort this mess out ? I got a number on my invoice that is 0800 151414. I tryed calling this the other day and it just rang and rang away0 -

I went in my local Staples store recently & came to the conclusion that they are a rip off at the best of times.0 -
we got the wrong goods ,no freebie and charged twice.
