    ??? Wow! I got through to customer services!. Spoke to a lad who sounded about 12 who assured me that my free gift woudl be on its way in about two weeks when it came into stock. Think I heard laughter in the background too!

    On your invoices that came with the piece of stationary ordered does it state a "free gift" is to follow? I have a ruler, much like many others now and a return slip (how nice of them ;D) but no mention of a "free gift" to follow :'(

    For less than £4 it was worth a go; not used the ruler yet though!

    No Pen (didn't order one ;)), No envelope, No HP cartridge (which I did order).

    Invoice arrived this AM - they've charged £32.71 to my credit card AND the paperwork doesn't have any mention of free gift OR 2P-HOME.

    Phoned 0800 14 14 14 and spoke to accounts. Turns out my order has been processed by OFFICE WORLD, who have been bought out by Staples.

    Ordered on Staples website. Invoice on Staples paperwork. Legal responsibility - STAPLES!

    I've been promised a call-back by Office World (don't hold your breath) - if it doesn't happen by end of Biz I'll be on the phone to mastercard to get the payment reversed!!!

    Anyone know the email address for the CEO or Sales Manager etc.
    This is slowly creeping toward a Watchdog slot and head office response to complaints (or lack of them ) can only help us.

    same here, a second class post invoice... no goods.. no free gift, no nothing but invoice saying they have charged me .. which they did.. im a bit cross >:(

    can i reverse the charge in visa?
