Sooner or later you are all gonna receive your parcels, but the thing is most of you who received it do have the stuff you ordered inside the jiffy bag.

I think I am the only exception to this, they have sent me a jiffy bag with just the welcome pack, no pen what so ever.

And their customer service helpline is terrible!!! >:(

I've never come across a more incompetent shower in my life.
I e-mailed them last night,thanking them for the £4 pencil I waited a month for,then asked about the amazing disappering 2P-Home gift.
I asked for no auto replies,but of course got one all the same.
Read it and weep,personally I believe every word of it.

Obviously not answering phones 38mins on hold listening to the jolly piano movement but nobody to answer a call or deal with my enquiry lots of suggestions like try emailing or snail mailing

I did speak to somebody after 40 mins on hold (freefone) who told me that the free gift would be sent when it came in to stock.....I think i heard laughter in the background tho

Er, that's what "auto" means.

Asking to not get an auto-reply is an exercise in pointlessness. NOBODY READS YOUR E-MAIL before the server sends an auto-reply.

And probably never will,so not a lot of point in sending the whole e-mail,but we can dream.

I guess the question is now whether to try to phone them, or just give up and send it back for a refund.

Hmm. I think I'll try ringing them tomorrow..but it's not like it's guarenteed to come even if they say it will.. >:(

Wouldn't put it past them to say they will send it then not bother.
