Guy at work got his stuff last week but they sent him a pack of pens he never asked for and he has not got the pens he did ask for!?

No sign of my stuff either!

I received a pen in a massive envelope too and no sign of the speakers, no mention of the code on any of the documentation and it only says 1 box.

What an absolute joke of a company, I'll be ringing up tomorrow..

And if I get no where the pen is going back

Best cut our losses and use the large envelopes for packing eBay items and if you have a shredder it is a good place for the welcome pack. :-*

Just received my GRIP 2001 pencil in a massive jiffy envalope, but on the invoice it says FREE GIFT TO FOLOW. Wonder how long I will have to wait for that since it took them 3 weeks to deliver my pencil. :-/

I got my 6 inch ruler this morning in a huge padded envelope but no mention of the free gift on the invoice.

Nevertheless I doubt i'll ever use Craples again considering how long it took to send a tiny ruler .... >:(

Delivery note states:

F/G Out of Stock To Follow (F/G obviously means free gift)
