I hav just checked my order info and my free gift code is still on,,i ordered on the 14th oct and hav heqard or received nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staples ?? Like trying to get in touch with the dead!!

Ordered goods ( and gift) on 14th Oct.
Sent them 3 e-mails since to find out where they are.
Each time got an automated reply - Our dedicated response tem will be in touch -- NOTHING.

One phone call to them. " My supervisor will ring you back NOTHING.

I ordered a few things that I needed and have had nothing back from them. I've sent a few emails asking what's going on and I've heard nothing.

Unfortunatly whilst I'm at work I really can't wait on hold for half an hour or so and when I get home looking after two kids tends to eat up my time.

Silly thing is that I wouldn't have cared too much if the surround sound system wasn't delivered as it was the other stuff I really wanted. Next time round I'll not be using them, I'll go elsewhere.

Staples are in the process of buying out Office World.
Or should I say they have bought out Office World
They are closing a lot of Stores so I suppose it will be the same with the web side of it, this is probably why they are dragging their heels. Not very good though to forget about your customers.

I ordered 2 boxes of pen and about week later received 1 box of pen. On the receipt it say wrong order code...

Haven't receive the Sound system yet but they haven't charged me yet according to my bank statement....

I couldn't order as they wouldnt accept my Solo card but this whole thing has really P*****d me off. I just dont understand how a company as big as Staples can just ignore 100s of customers and not even give an explanation as to where the free gifts are.

Has anyone written a formal letter to them? It sounds like they wont respond to an email. Maybe someone like Watchdog could do a better job than us?! Any thoughts....

Ordered Pen with discount code and nothing arrived. I'm keeping quiet now on this one and putting it down to experience - won't use Staples again.
