although, to be fair I have only seen the details of this offer on this Forum. I can find no reference to this free surround sound system on the web site.

Is there a mention of this offer anywhere on the site?
If not, terrible delivery times aside, they can hardly be blamed for not honouring something that they have not offered in the first place.

Has anyone received their order or free gift. I was told there would be a wait of 5 days before dispatch almost 2 weeks ago - stiil waiting. I am pleased I don't use this company full time as the service is terrible.

Just spoken to a very nice lady, Ms Nicola White who confirmed that they are out of stock of the free gifts (including the surround system) and assured me that they will be sent out when available and has kindly confirmed this by e. mail but is unable to give a specific date. I made contact on 0800 151 414, but be warned, it took me 20 minutes to get through!

I to got the standard e mail. My order appears on the system but I have not been able to contact them. They apologise and say delivery in 5 days, it's now been 7 (not 2 weeks as one person has been waiting) and nothing. Ringing the free phone No just puts you on hold for 20 mins. Has anybody actually received anything from Satples yet?? ??? I am somewhat confused at present.
