Just received a 3.52 pen with no indication if or when I will receive the free gift, just a picking note. Arrived in a padded envelope so big that the postman couldn't get it through the door and had to wake me up.
Order info is on my PC at work so I can't do anything today but I'll post if I get anything new from Staples tommorow.:-X

im pretty sure when you re-order the items at a later date, the free sound system offer will be nowhere to be seen...
i still havent received a reply from them regarding the email i sent, asking them whats going on, but i guess i will probably get the same B.S0 -

This is a big company that are not going to honour their offers. Blackmail sounds like a good way ahead - inform them that you will never use them again and will actively inform as many people as possible about their "shady" dealings.You cant take the trousers off an elephant!0
