I tried to order and I got the same error messages on both my credit cards and my switch card. I know there's nothing wrong with any of my cards, so in the end, I thought to hell with it all, and went to bed. Just hope I haven't missed a fantastic deal

they just cancelled orders, so if you dont get one, you wont have to pay out on a 4 quid ruler

When entering your issue number try 00 and not 0 that worked for me. Are there any other gifts available. I went mad and ordered a pencil sharpener for 74p. That's two xmas presents sorted in one go. I feel sorry for the wife just getting a pencil sharpener though.

when i type in my credit card number and submit it comes up with this message:

An error has occurred:

Please check your credit card number.

Im using a solo card and i have put the issue number as 0 because it doesnt have one, i have written the card number exactly as it is on the card, i have had no problems using it before.

Anyone help, staples havent replied to my email.

No i use a switch card but over the years i have had this problem lots of times. I eventually contacted the bank who told me to use the 00 method and it seems to work ok

doesnt work it still says check my credit card number? how stupid any ideas? i have emailed them but no response.

Well i either enter 0, 00 or leave the box blank. If those three options don't work ???
