Okay - here's the deal with Solo/Switch cards - some banks have them, some don't!

So that Staples don't have to call people back, they say that all customers paying by this method MUST quote an issue number. This is to stop orders being delayed, as they have to contact people who didn't quote one.

However, when they go to process your order, either on their terminals, or via voice authorisations, they will only be prompted for the issue number, if that card has one.

In order to get roud this on the ordering page - simple put "0" in where it asks for the issue number. This will enable you to proceed with your order, and as the card has no issue number, there is not going to be any comeback on your order.
