Ordered Pen with discount code and nothing arrived.  I'm keeping quiet now on this one and putting it down to experience - won't use Staples again.

Wasn't it staples who were offering a towel set a while back?

If so then I have, ordered a ruler. IIRC you had to be a business (I had mine delivered to work for authenticity).

The towels incidentally were shoite - the biggest was about the size of a hand towel and the smallest was basically a flannel. Very thin, bad quality stuff. At least it turned up though.

- I think I read about a no quibble return option.  After this length of time that would be my plan.... and if they take any incorrect amount I'd pursue it with my credit card company rather than try to contact staples.

They are probably giving no response, in the hope that every1 eventually cancels their orders.
They have offered you a free gift, and they will have to stump up at some point.
If it doesnt appear with the pen, I will just use their free return option.

I ordered a lovely pen from Staples 2 wks ago & entered the code for the surround sound system. I received an automated response from them but then heard nothing for a few days. I checked my account & the surround sound had been removed, only the pen remained! Although the pen was most desirable I cancelled the order!
