4.1 SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM FOR £3.52!!

Ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and decided to call about it this morning. Have been fairly convincing as a business as I ordered a print cartridge and used my company name...

Had enormous trouble getting through this mornin, the first time I rang I was on hold for 30 min and then when they answered they cut me off, another 30 min wait and I got through.

When I spoke to the lady, she put me on hold for a while and then told me that there are problems with the accounts department system and all orders paid by card until this prblem has been rectified. Sounds like a load of rubbish to me. Anyway she was unable to give me a timeframe for this to be sorted, and she said that even then the delivery problem would still exist and that therefore I would be waiting at least another couple of weeks.

Frankly I have decided it is not worth it, and have cancelled my order... not that desperate for the system....off to find somewhere cheap and more reliable to get print cartridge - any ideas?????!!!!!

Depends on your printer but https://www.svp.co.uk have about the best prices on Epson r200 inks - so check them out.

Has anyone received or even heard anything yet?  Neither myself nor my friend had even had a confirmation email.  They shouldn't offer a deal if they can't honour it!  >:(

Well to add to the gloom of this thread. My cousin ordered quite a few items for her business without any knowledge of any free gifts.After weeks of waiting and contacting customer services by email and phone she was advised by customer services to order elswhere and if and when the Staples order arrived---send it back!! Point is that it looks as though they are in a bit of a mess re orders and deliveries.
I will wait patiently.

DITTO, DITTO, DITTO!!!!

I received the confirmation of order email and have also received a similar email in response to my chase up email.

They didn't even answer the phone when I rang!

I know we are all taking advantage of a loop hole, but there is not justification to blatantly ignore so many orders!

It's abismal customer service and by the sounds of it has back fired on them BIG TIME!

I'm going to stick it out as I've got nothing too lose!

Has Martin got any tips or comments??

A large Jiffy Bag arrived yesterday containing my pencil. This was marked as package 2 of 2. No free gift as yet, but we will wait and see.

What a waste of time. My order turned up this morning (12 HB pencils) but no free gift. From the sound of the other posts above, I'll be wasting my time trying to phone them and I doubt they'll do anything anyway.

This was the first freebie offer I've tried and I think it will be the last. Thanks a lot MSE but I'm going back to thinking you don't get something for nothing in this world.
