As the delay was caused by the store holding you up and yet they've refused to help you, complain to Dundee Head Office immediately.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I spoke to Tesco complaints today. They basically said again they couldn't do anything. They did give me an email address for the head office complaints, but said even they wouldn't be able to help directly. At best, they would give some Tesco vouchers as an apology or whatever.Coupon-mad said:As the delay was caused by the store holding you up and yet they've refused to help you, complain to Dundee Head Office immediately.

Maybe you should be asking him if he can help you get your PCN cancelled, or does he know who the best person to help might be.2 -
And I assume you've now done the second Tesco complaint? Vouchers in your pocket would be good.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
