Where does it say "charges apply after this time"?
That bottom line of text is not 30mm high and "managed by Parking Eye" is a required term but you can't read it?
You cannot see the ANPR camera from a car turning in either.

What I'm confused with, in the text size image you posted, it says "Any text on the sign not intended to be read from a moving vehicle can be of a much smaller size". I'm guessing that is why the "managed by Parking Eye" part is smaller surely?

I think I'm just going to pay it whilst it is still £60 instead of £100. I tried contacting the land owner, no reply. And regarding the signs, apologies for not taking a photo of the inside sign, but I doubt it matters. ParkingEye is national company, their signs will meet legal requirements and I saw nothing on the BPA COP that confirmed otherwise for the entrance sign. Thanks everyone for your help though.

@catphone - sorry but it may be simple for you, but paying makes you part of the problem - while people carry on paying these guys have got a business model that works - even if it immoral.

Parkingeye is not a national company - they have an office on an industrial estate in lancs.

What choice do I have exactly? I have tried and have no way to dispute it that will work.

It's entirely up to you but the ANPR notification is for example.
