fisherjim said:What do you mean there isn't an issue with signage, and you don't seem to have a valid reason? They have lied and said that the entrance signs states that a parking charge is applicable, where? If this is up to date the signage is not up to BPA COP

I went back, here is a closer photo of the entrance sign. Why is this not up to BPA COP? Thanks0 -
Where does that sign say that a parking charge applies?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It says see signage in car park for terms and conditions. The sign in the car park does state a parking charge applies.Coupon-mad said:Where does that sign say that a parking charge applies?

You have had to go right up to that sign to photograph it to make it legible could you read everything it says driving in in a car?It certainly does not conform to the BPA COP, no readable ANPR warning or operator name easily visible from a vehicle no indication that charges apply. It should follow this:

Firstly, thank you all for your replies. Yes Jim you are correct I had to go right up to the sign to be able to read all of the text. This photo was taken from my car which shows only the "20 Minutes Max Stay" part is readable from that distance.
I don't know the exact size of the text though, so can't easily confirm whether it meets the text size requirements you mentioned.1 -
And your pics of the other signs inside? There was no point just taking that one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Jim. I have double checked the sign and I believe it meets all of the rules in this image (including text size). Which part do you think it does not conform to?fisherjim said:You have had to go right up to that sign to photograph it to make it legible could you read everything it says driving in in a car?It certainly does not conform to the BPA COP, no readable ANPR warning or operator name easily visible from a vehicle no indication that charges apply. It should follow this:

Where does it say "charges apply after this time"?That bottom line of text is not 30mm high and "managed by Parking Eye" is a required term but you can't read it?You cannot see the ANPR camera from a car turning in either.1
