What do you mean there isn't an issue with signage, and you don't seem to have a valid reason? They have lied and said that the entrance signs states that a parking charge is applicable, where? If this is up to date the signage is not up to BPA COP

The landowner will cancel it but only if you DON'T try POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes you can (we already have found them).I am unable to find out who the landowner is?
I meant this guy can cancel it:catphone said:
I'd like to do that, but am unsure how to find out who owns the land.KeithP said:DO NOT TRY POPLA, WHICH STOPS A LANDOWNER CANCELLATION.
A quick google search of 131 Alfreton Road throws up this webpage...

Maybe Richard Wright can help you.
Also escalate that separate complaint to Tesco, as suggested, to get some vouchers to nullify the hassle.

No he hasn't. As far as I know, property agents do not provide the details of land owners.KeithP said:

That is not the landowner. That is the property agent that was selling it.Coupon-mad said:
